As TRE does not require talking to others or recalling past events it is socially safe & stigma free. While TRE doesn’t replace counselling or professional support for those who require it, providing TRE to your Staff & Students not only empowers them with a life-long technique to manage stress & anxiety, but also supports a culture of wellbeing, resilience & high performance in the entire school community.

As TRE requires almost no mental focus, minimal physical effort and can be used in as little as 5-10 minutes simply lying on the floor or even in bed to assist with getting to sleep, it is easy & efficient when Young People are most stressed & least likely to undertake more demanding self-care practices such as mindfulness & general exercise.

Easily introduced in a group environment & providing a neurobiological model of resilience & self-regulation, TRE provides a critical outlet for Young People to physically release the literal internal tensions that build up in response to the educational & relational pressures of adolescence. While staff wanting to learn TRE for professional use are welcome to undertake the standard TRE certification training program, there are also opportunities to provide abridged training for groups of suitably qualified staff to deliver & support the ongoing use of TRE within the confines of a specific school or educational institution.
