This 90 minute masterclass is open to TRE Providers & Trainees only & will focus on working with emotional experiences during TRE so you can help more move more easily with less drama or emotional distress for your clients.

Key concepts & explorations will include:

• motional attunement – how staying connected to the movements underlying emotions creates a neuroceptive anchor to the present moment & the inherent safety in the neurogenic movements themselves
• neuroceptive anchoring – how connecting ourselves to the movements in the present moment allows emotional echoes from the past & sensings of the future to release & reorganise in a more grounded & integrated way
• the critical difference between ‘feeling safe’ & actually ‘being safe’ in TRE & how our clients’ emotional experiences challenge our capacity to stay grounded in the embodied reality of safety in the present moment
• the difference between ’emotional flooding’ & ’emotional expression’ during TRE including the role of dual awareness of time in trauma reintegration
• authentic embodiment – how any kind of emotional overwhelm during our client’s tremoring reflects as much about the state of our own nervous system as it does our clients
• how our relationship with safety & self-regulation in TRE must be continually evolving beyond the foundational concepts we learnt in order to be of most benefit to our clients

The masterclass will also included a guided group tremor session where you will be able to explore your embodied responses to these concepts & any unresolved reactions to emotional overwhelm & expressions during TRE.

5.30 – 7.00pm Tuesday 17th December 2024 – Melbourne, Australia time zone. (*please note this may be on a different day in other time zones)

Recording Consent:

Please note this session will be recorded & made available for purchase by other TRE Providers for AUD$45. If you do not wish to participate in a sold recording please do not register for this class.

Cost:

$55 AUD per person (approx $35 USD)

Minimum Numbers:

The group requires a minimum of 4 participants in order to be run.
If the group is cancelled due to lack of numbers a full refund will be given or credit provided to attend a subsequent masterclass with Richmond Heath.

Format:

A short theory presentation, Q & A and both experiential & observational based learning +/- a guided group tremor session

Cancellations:

Cancellations can be made at least 24 hrs before the session for a full refund

As places are limited there is NO REFUND available for non-attendance or cancellations less than 24hrs before the group however you will receive a copy of the recording & any slides presented after the Masterclass.
